Every Hueman Sol product is handmade with love, intention, and care — crafted fresh to bring a little more glow to your day. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During holidays, new launches, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — but each jar is worth the wait ✨
All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on current carrier rates, and you can select your preferred shipping option before completing your purchase.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey — from our hands to your home.

Hueman Sol is not responsible for carrier delays or packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

We’re unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.

Apparel Collection Shipping
Our apparel collection is fulfilled and shipped by our trusted production partner to ensure every piece arrives in style and comfort. Because these items are made to order, they may ship separately from your bodycare products and arrive on different dates.
Shipping rates for apparel are based on carrier options provided by our production partner and will appear at checkout. You’ll receive a separate tracking number once your apparel order ships.
