Bodycare Returns Policy

At Hueman Sol, each product is handmade with care to ensure quality, freshness, and safety for your skin. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@huemansol.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly make it right with a replacement or store credit when applicable.

Please note:

  • All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return consideration.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal scent preference or skin sensitivity.

Apparel Collection Returns Policy

Our apparel collection is created and fulfilled by a trusted third-party production partner. Because these items are made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed, unless the item arrives damaged or misprinted.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect apparel item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@huemansol.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll coordinate with our production partner to ensure a prompt resolution — typically a replacement or store credit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your eligible return item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@huemansol.com.
