Beautiful Hueman Affiliates — Affiliate Agreement

This agreement sets the terms an affiliate agrees to when joining the Beautiful Hueman Affiliates program for Hueman Sol.

Program Overview & Eligibility

Beautiful Hueman Affiliates is an invite-only program. Hueman Sol ("the Brand") adds affiliates individually; there is no public signup. By accepting an invitation and registering through the affiliate portal, the affiliate ("you") agrees to the terms below.

• Enrollment is by personal invitation only, extended at the Brand's discretion.
• Affiliates must be 18 or older and have an active, genuine social media or content presence.
• Each affiliate receives a unique tracked referral link tied to their account.
• The Brand may decline or remove any affiliate at its discretion, including for conduct that violates this agreement.

Commission & Payment

• Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique referral link, at the rate set by the Brand and shown in the affiliate dashboard.
• Commission is calculated after a sale is completed.
• Payments are issued manually by the Brand once a month.
• On TikTok Shop, commission is subject to adjustment for returns and cancellations, as required by TikTok Shop's platform terms.
• On all other sales channels, Hueman Sol does not accept returns, so commission on those sales is not subject to adjustment once paid.
• The Brand reserves the right to withhold commission on any sale found to be fraudulent.

Content, Disclosure & Content Usage

• Any post, video, or story promoting Hueman Sol through an affiliate link must include a clear disclosure (for example #ad or #affiliate) as required by FTC guidelines. This applies to every platform the affiliate posts on.
• Affiliates represent the Brand honestly: no unapproved medical, health, or performance claims about the products, and no claims the affiliate cannot personally stand behind.
• Affiliates may use Hueman Sol's name, logo, and product images only as provided or approved by the Brand, and only in connection with genuine promotion of the products.
• If an affiliate participated in a Hueman Sol content shoot or similar brand activation, any content captured that day remains subject to the usage rights the affiliate agreed to at that event, separate from and in addition to this agreement.

Promotional Conduct

• Affiliates share their referral link through their own content and channels; they may not buy paid search ads on the Brand's name or run misleading promotions to drive clicks.
• Any discount code issued to an affiliate is for their own audience only and may not be resold, publicly listed on coupon-aggregator sites, or stacked with other offers without the Brand's approval.
• Affiliates may purchase products through their own referral link and will earn commission on those purchases like any other sale.

Term, Termination & General Terms

• This agreement begins when the affiliate accepts their invitation and continues until either party ends it.
• The affiliate may stop participating at any time by notifying the Brand. The Brand may end an affiliate's participation at any time, with or without cause, including for violating this agreement.
• Affiliates act as independent participants, not employees, agents, or partners of Hueman Sol. This agreement does not create exclusivity in either direction; affiliates are free to promote other brands.
• Hueman Sol may update this agreement or commission terms from time to time, with notice to active affiliates.
